Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect purchase decisions. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for personal preference reasons.
We only accept claims for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error. If you believe your order qualifies, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Fitkneepro@outlook.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence so we can properly review your request.
All claims are subject to inspection and approval. If approved, we will offer a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion. Returned items (if requested) must be in unused condition, with original packaging, and sent back according to the instructions we provide. Any items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
